City of Enterprise photos

Students from Ms. Eloise's Pre-School visited Mayor Kenneth Boswell March 2. The mayor answered lots of questions from the cute and curious youngsters and told them a little about his job. Each

of the students were excited to get to sit in the Mayor's Chair and have their photo taken. "You have made my day," the Mayor said. "I always look forward to seeing you. You are our future leaders."

While at City Hall, the youngsters also toured the police and fire departments. Firefighter Freddie Culver told them about the firefighting equipment and they got to see the fire truck. Sgt. Billy Haglund of the Enterprise Police Department talked to the youngsters about the job of a police officer and showed them a police car. He gave each of the students their own police badge. "Always remember that police officers and firefighters are your friends and they want to help you," Haglund said.
