Employees from the City of Enterprise 

Engineering, Parks and Recreation, Pubilc Works and Police departments work to ensure the City has a beautiful Christmas tree to adorn the front lawn of City Hall. The 25-foot tree was donated by the Dr. Paul Young family of Enterprise. For more information, click on the following link:

City Celebrates coming of Christmas

with tree-lighting ceremony

The City of Enterprise celebrate the beginning of the holiday season with the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony Dec. 6 at City Hall.

The Rev. Tonya Elmore of First United Methodist Church of Enterprise delivered the message focusing on "the reason for the season," and the Hillcrest Elementary School Choir sang some Christmas favorites. For more information, click on the links below.

at the Market

Dec. 10, 2016

Youngsters and adults alike enjoyed the 2017 Christmas at the Farmers Market Dec. 10. Moms and dads shopped at a variety of produce and arts and crafts vendors outside on the first blustery weekend of the winter. But it was warm inside for more than 100 children who came to see Santa Claus, hear the Christmas story by Annette Whitten and/or decorate a free Christmas ornament. . for  helping resident

Two Enterprise employees were recognize by the City Council in December for going above and beyond the call of duty in helping a resident. Tafforrest Fulton and Kenneth Johnson were presented the Extra Mile Award for oustanding service.

Council discusses purchase

of audio-visual equipment

A proposed $94,000 upgrade to the audio/visual equipment in the main auditorium at the Enterprise Civic Center which was taken off the voting meeting agenda Dec. 20 at the request of several Enterprise City Council members was discussed further at the Dec. 27 work session.
