fears group seeks divided city

In the letter, Miller said his contact with group members indicates they seek negativity and division, and he told his fellow councilmen he would not be in favor of meeting in a joint work session with the group as Reid Clark, one of the founders, requested last week before the city council.
In his letter, Miller addressed the open government issue, saying the public has been invited to more than 350 meetings in the past 10 years, that public records are accessible and that all constituents of the city have access to the council members they elect to carry out the business of the city.
