Bates Memorial Stadium turned over to city

Aviation company changes name, president as new $12 million hangar construction projects nears completion

Sept. 4, 2014

An aircraft repair and refurbishing company that will soon be opening a $12 million hangar facility at the Enterprise Municipal Airport announced a name change and introduced a new president recently.

Alabama Aircraft Support, which began the monumental construction project in January, is now known as Arista. its new president is Rich Enderle. The Wiregrass is abuzz with talk of the "Enterprise Celebration," a wonderful gospel concert and festival set for this Sunday, Oct. 12 at Bates Memorial Stadium. Gates open at 1. Music starts at 1:50 and will continue with great gospel artists throughout the rest of the day and evening. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets and come to the stadium Sunday to hear a blessing.
