• How do I obtain a building permit?

   

        Building permits must be picked up in person at the Engineering Department office located          in City Hall. Permits will only be issued to property owners or properly licensed contractors.          Please contact our office at 334-348-2673 for any questions regarding permitting. 

 

• How much are building permits?

 

            Building permits are project cost-based. Please see our list of fees. 

 

• Do I need a permit to have a yard sale?

 

          No. The City of Enterprise does not require permits for yard sales. 

 

• Where may I find a list of licensed contractors?

 

            Please contact the Revenue Office. They maintain these records. 

 

• How may I determine who owns a piece of property?

 

            Property records are kept in the Revenue Commissioner's Office at the Coffee County                     Courthouse. They can be reached by calling 334-347-8734 or visiting the courthouse located             at 99 Edwards Street.

 

• There is a street light out on my street. How do I report this?

 

          Please call your local power company to report street light outages. 

 

• How do I report traffic light outages?

 

          Please call the City of Enterprise at 334-347-1211 to report traffic light problems.
